Mojo's RipAir, located in North Wilkesboro, NC is able to perform rapirs on paragliders and parachutes. Small tears and holes will be repaired with self-adhesive ripstop tape. Larger tears or those near a stress point will typically be repaired with a sewn in patch or panel section.
Replacement paraglider lines for most models: Paragliders, parachutes, wings, kites, etc. We stock multiple brands of Kevlar and Dyneema (also known as spectra) in many different strengths or diameters. Specify the line type, length, strength or diameter and color on the Repair Form. Include the Manufacture name and full Model name of the canopy. If you do not have a line chart for your nayopy, send us an email and tell us your brand and model- We will send you a line chart where you can identify the lines needed.
Airworthy inspections are a must for pilot safety, or as a check before purchasing a used glider. Let us give your canopy a professional annual checkup. Includes, porosity check, line strength and trim analysis as well as general condition inspections. We service most all of the current models of canopies. We do not service Performance Designs (PD) or Quantum/ High Energy Sports canopies.

The cost of any required repair to a wing is subject to an hourly rate of $ 60.00, plus the cost of materials.
Line Break Test: $60.00 (Price includes replacing the line that was tested.)
Porosity Test together with the Tear Resistance Test: $ 60.00
Line Inspection & Correction of Asymmetry: $ 60.00 ( Price doesn't include the cost of each line replaced.)

Do not ship "no-tangle line sleeves" or steel cables. Canopies sent with these items will be charged an additional $20 handling fee. Leave the lines connected to the steel oval quick-links. For powered parachutes and paragliders: It is good to pack your chute in the carry bag and put it in a box for shipping. Inside the box include the Repair Form (+ Repair Order in case of repairs). Please use UPS for shipping and provide a return label or give us your return shipping information.
If you need a repair, we will estimate the repair and contact you with the estimate. We charge $60 an hour for repairs and there is a minimum shop charge of $60, which will apply if you choose not to repair your canopy.
